Tank farm system

The main-line methylene chloride, white oil storage and feeding devices in the lithium battery diaphragm industry are optimized in conjunction with the VOCs gas recovery device, methylene chloride and white oil distillation device to ensure reliable main-line material supply and space for maintenance equipment unloading. At the same time, the number and volume of storage tanks are reduced as much as possible to achieve the optimal design of the system.

Product Quality

High quality of recycled products: Due to the use of two-tower distillation separation process, efficient filler and stable control system, the quality indicators of recovered dichloromethane and white oil are better than other processes. The energy consumption of the device is reduced by utilizing the desorbed gas of the gas recovery device and the waste heat of the workshop condensed water, as well as controlling the reflux volume of the distillation tower to achieve high-efficiency separation and reduce the steam energy consumption of the device; the distillation condenser uses circulating water as the refrigerant, reducing the amount of chilled water and reducing the overall energy consumption of the device.

Perfect process

The process is more perfect: the mixed liquid raw materials are treated with water separation technology to ensure the stability of the distillation system; the separated water is treated to remove oil to eliminate the possible impact of wastewater treatment on the adsorption material.
